I had another request for a recipe last week and it was for “a recipe that involves buffalo sauce but not with wings because she doesn’t like the texture of meat.” I thought about what I could make and I kept going to tofu but I usually try and stay away from soy products so I landed on cauliflower instead. I breaded some cauliflower, tossed it in the buffalo sauce and baked it. This is a great recipe for vegans or vegetarians. I served it with a pre-packaged salad and baked potato chunks.

Brilliant!! I’ll have to try these…right now actually.
I’m so glad i stumbled across your blog! Love it.
Thanks! Let me know what you think!
Elena, you are FABULOUS! Never would have thought about using cauliflower. Thanks for the custom recipe, I’ll be trying it out very soon!
P.S. Why do you try to stay away from soy products?
Aww thanks! Here is an article about soy, click on the side effects part. The main problem for me is the extra hormones…. http://www.webmd.com/vitamins-supplements/ingredientmono-975-SOY.aspx?activeIngredientId=975&activeIngredientName=SOY
I still drink soy milk every once in awhile in coffee or something, I just try to not make it a habit.
