I know so far my smoothies have all been very similar but oh well! This one is great and packed full of antioxidants! The dark colored fruits help to cover the green from the spinach so it looks more appealing than my Green Smoothie.

Antioxidant Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 10 frozen blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/3 cup whey protein isolate

Directions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a large cup or blender
  2. Blend with the blender or hand-held blender in the cup until smooth
