Monday- I took Lola on a 15 minute walk in the morning and taught my 60 minute Cardio Strength Circuit in the evening which I designed to look like this…

Wednesday- I took Lola on a 40 minute walk in the morning and in the evening since it was such a beautiful day I took my Cardio Strength Circuit outside and we did…

  1. Warm-up (jog outside to the side of the building)
  2. Work-out (using a deck of card, split the deck of cards in half, do as many reps as the number of the card)
  • Deck 1:
  • Diamonds=Push-Ups
  • Hearts=Lunges
  • Spades=Cross Body Standing Crunch
  • Clubs=Burpees
  • Joker=Fast Jog for 5 minutes
  • Deck 2:
  • Shoulder=Push-Ups
  • Hearts=Squats
  • Spades=Front Kicks
  • Clubs=Squat Jumps
  • Joker=Sprints
3. Stretch!

Thursday- It was once again a perfect day so I decided to take Lola to Town Lake and we ran 6 miles in 60 minutes, she ran with me the whole time without stopping!

Friday- I took Lola on a 30 minute walk and then took MJ’s Power Tone class (which I will be taking over starting in April) which she designed to work out every muscle group for several minutes (working on muscular endurance) using barbells.

Saturday- I took Lola on a walk around the Farmer’s Market downtown for about 45 minutes and then hung out on a boat for the rest of the day and danced!

Sunday- I took my bike out and rode for 14 miles and I also took Lola on 2 walks, one was 45 minutes and the other was 30.
