I wanted to make my pumpkin french toast last weekend but I didn’t have eggs. I decided to make some toast and add…PUMPKIN PEANUT BUTTER instead! It tastes like pumpkin butter but has no added sugar! Wonderful!

  • 3 Tbsp PB2
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon


  1. Mix everything together (to make thinner add some water) and use for toast, oatmeal, etc!
