I love fitness and I love food (especially eating it) so my two passions serve to balance each other out. I am an Alumni from Texas State University where I received my Bachelors Degree in Exercise and Sports Science. My major was Health and Fitness Management with a minor in Business Administration. I currently work as a Health and Wellness Program Manager where I develop wellness programs for the company I work for, as well as for our clients. My main goal is for people to realize that they too can live a healthy, happy lifestyle and still be able to enjoy the food they love. My favorite thing to do is take those beloved, unhealthy recipes and transform them into food that is delicious and nutritious. I will post my own recipes as well as others that I have found, made and loved.
But…I still do love ALL food and believe you are allowed to have what you desire as long as it is in moderation 🙂
Enjoy!
